This session offers a mindful pause - a space to breathe, move, and be present. We’ll explore themes of softness, growth, and new beginnings, letting the natural world around us guide the flow of the session.
You’ll be invited into conscious breathwork paired with slow, mindful movement through yoga. The practice is grounding, accessible, and designed to leave you feeling renewed and connected to the season.
Open to all levels.
Admission to park and gardens is included in the ticket price.

- Meeting point
Meet at the front of the house.
- What to bring and wear
Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring water, and anything you need to feel supported and at ease outdoors.
- Accessibility
It is a five-minute walk (400m) from the main car park to the meeting point for the event across stone and tarmac paths, including a downward slope from the stableyards to the meeting point. There are toilets in the stableyards by the main car park, as well as in the garden a 2-minute walk from the slip garden.

An alternative indoor option at Calke Abbey will be provided if the workshop cannot take place outside due to weather. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. Assistance dogs only.
