Quieter Visits with Father Christmas at the Rock Houses

Quieter extended visits with our traditional Father Christmas for those children who need to visit at a quieter time or need extra time.

  • Booking essential
  • Admission applies

We know that every child experiences events differently. Our Quiet & Extended Sessions have been created to support children who may feel more comfortable in a calmer environment or who benefit from extra time to fully enjoy the experience. To help us provide this support, we kindly ask families to consider whether these adjustments are needed before booking. If a standard session would suit your child, we'd appreciate you selecting one of those, leaving these specialist sessions available for families who truly rely on them.

Together, we can ensure every child has the opportunity to enjoy a magical Christmas experience in a way that works best for them.

Come along on the weekends of 5th December, 12th December and 19th December for a wonderful experience filled with traditional Christmas magic, make joyful memories with the whole family.

In these quieter sessions, children will get the opportunity to visit Father Christmas in his Rock House grotto, can have a chat with him, receive a gift and have their photo taken.

Tickets £12.50 per child. Max 6 children per session. Quieter sessions every 10 minutes from 10am until 10:20.

Admission to the Rock Houses applies to non-members. Free entry for National Trust members and under 5s.
