Be inspired by The Painted Paradise exhibition at Shugborough and enjoy a day creating your own watercolour landscape with artist Sue Chatterton.

Take inspiration from the landscapes and monuments of Shugborough in this full day workshop for all abilities lead by artist Sue Chatterton. This includes an exclusive visit of The Painted Paradise exhibition and an outdoor sketching session, followed by buffet lunch and a painting session in the afternoon.

Bring your own sketchbook, pencils, paint and brushes, or order a painting pack with your ticket. One sheet of high quality 300gsm watercolour paper will be provided for your final work.

Accessibility

The workshop space is a 15 minute walk from the main carpark. There is a regular buggy service available. There are steps up to the Mansion to visit the exhibition. There is a stair-climber available for wheelchair users.

Meet at the Midden Yard, near the Mansion.

Adults only.

What to bring and wear

Bring suitable outdoor clothing for the outdoor sketching session. Please bring your own sketchbook, pencils, paint and brushes, or select the "including painting pack" option.
