Join experienced Forest Bathing guide Nigel Grimes—a certified Breathing Trainer, Meditation and Mindfulness Coach—for a calming and restorative journey through the beautiful surroundings of Winkworth Arboretum. Drawing on his extensive expertise, Nigel will lead you in a mindful, sensory exploration that includes gentle breathwork and guided meditation, helping you unwind and reconnect with the natural world.
Originating in Japan in the 1980s, Forest Bathing (or Shinrin-yoku) has been scientifically shown to support mental, physical, and emotional well-being. This immersive experience offers a perfect way to end your week with relaxation and clarity, setting a peaceful tone for the weekend ahead.
