See the work that helps to clean and maintain the collections here at Bateman's and have the chance to chat to the collections and house team.
We have planned to work on a range from our collection including textiles, metals, and ships.
The team will be looking after:
Parlour cabinets, 15 April (joined by our regional curator)
Rolls Royce, 20 May
Textiles in the Kipling's bedroom, 24 June
Metals conservation, 22 July
Parlour textiles, 12 August
Ships in study, 14 October
11.30am to 3.30pm

The Parlour and Elsie’s Sitting Room are wheelchair accessible via the front entrance of the house. The Rolls Royce garage has a step up into the building and isn’t wheelchair accessible, but it still viewable from the path.
