Get a ducks-eye-view of Sheffield Park this summer when you take to the water on a paddleboard! Moxie Unleashed are offering fun-filled SUP sessions for complete beginners through to experienced paddlers.

SUP is a peaceful yet active way for all the family to enjoy the water whilst following in the footsteps of the Third Earl of Sheffield who loved nothing better than using the lakes for sport – he even held diving displays for the public to enjoy.

SUP Taster 1hr Dip your toe into paddleboarding with a taster session that will give you an understanding of safety aspects of paddleboarding and take you from kneeling to standing to paddling and controlling your SUP, all in just 60mins.
SUP Intro 2hr A more in-depth introduction to paddleboarding, covering all of the safety aspects and skills in the SUP Taster session but allowing a gentler pace and more time to practice and hone your skills.
SUP Yoga 1.5hr And breathe! Swap your yoga mat for a paddleboard when you bring your practice onto the water. Reconnect with the elements and increase your focus with a mindful practice that really challenges your core!
Please arrive 30mins before your session starts to give you time to reach the launch point. We launch from the far side (closest to Cricket Pavilion) of Upper Women’s Way Pond. Note this is a 20min walk from the Visitor Reception.

All ages welcome, Under 18's to be accompanied by an adult.
- Meeting point
Meet at the visitor reception. Please arrive 30mins early to get to the launch site.
- What to bring and wear
Depending on the weather this may be a swim suit and 3mm wetsuit or gym leggings/shorts and a rash vest, with old trainers or shoes that you don't mind getting wet.
- Accessibility
You will need some level of water confidence and ideally should be able to swim 25m unaided.
- Other
Please arrive as water ready as possible and with minimal belongings. Depending on the weather this may be a swim suit and 3mm wetsuit or gym leggings/shorts and a rash vest, with old trainers or shoes that you don't mind getting wet. Toilets are at the main entrance. We also have use of the toilets and changing facilities in the Cricket Pavilion.
