SUP is a peaceful yet active way for all the family to enjoy the water whilst following in the footsteps of the Third Earl of Sheffield who loved nothing better than using the lakes for sport – he even held diving displays for the public to enjoy.

To book go to:

moxieunleashed.com

Sessions are offered from dawn to dusk throughout the summer, please check the Moxie Unleashed website for dates:

SUP Taster 1hr Dip your toe into paddleboarding with a taster session that will give you an understanding of safety aspects of paddleboarding and take you from kneeling to standing to paddling and controlling your SUP, all in just 60mins.

SUP Intro 2hr A more in-depth introduction to paddleboarding, covering all of the safety aspects and skills in the SUP Taster session but allowing a gentler pace and more time to practice and hone your skills.

SUP Yoga 1.5hr And breathe! Swap your yoga mat for a paddleboard when you bring your practice onto the water. Reconnect with the elements and increase your focus with a mindful practice that really challenges your core!

Please arrive 30mins before your session starts to give you time to reach the launch point. We launch from the far side (closest to Cricket Pavilion) of Upper Women’s Way Pond. Note this is a 20min walk from the Visitor Reception.
