Start your day with a gentle and uplifting yoga session set against the tranquil backdrop of Sheffield Park’s stunning landscape. Led by an experienced instructor, this session focuses on mindful movement, breathing techniques and relaxation. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, the session is designed to help you: - Improve flexibility and balance - Reduce stress and boost wellbeing - Connect with nature in a peaceful setting
What to expect The session will take place outdoors offering fresh air and scenic views across the garden. In poor weather, an alternative sheltered space may be used. The session will last 60 minutes.
Suitable for all levels. Please note, normal garden admission charges apply.

Please bring along a Yoga or Pilates mat. You may wish to bring a bottle of water, and sunscreen or layers depending on the weather

The majority of garden is accessible, there are some slopes and paths made of a non-gravel surface. The Coach House Café is fully accessible.
