Big Butterfly Count Gardener Walk & Talk

Join the garden team on a summer walk and talk, as we investigate the wide collection of butterflies that can be found throughout the beautiful garden!

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

The Big Butterfly Count is a nationwide citizen science survey aimed at helping us assess the health of our environment. It was launched in 2010 and has rapidly become the world's biggest survey of butterflies.

Join us on a walk through the garden, learning more about butterflies and their habitats. Learn why the Big Butterfly Count is so important and what we can do to help our winged insect friends to thrive in our gardens.
