The immersive experience can be all-encompassing - as the body feels the sound waves, the vibrations can be felt as tangible movements of energy.
Join us for an opportunity to lay down, relax, and be soothed by the most sublime sounds of the crystal singing bowls combined with gorgeous birdsong, as we share a moment of peace in nature. A gentle guided meditation will be offered to help ease you in and out of the session. Perfect for beginners or experienced meditators.
Brighitta is a Reiki Teacher, Sound Therapist and author of The Reiki Way. Her ceremonial offerings weave holistic healing with an emergence of the soul, allowing our natural experience of being human to be fully embraced.
