Bird mask craft activity at Chirk Castle

Get creative by making your very own curlew-inspired bird mask in the garden

Join us this May half term for a curlew-inspired bird mask making activity using card and tissue paper. Head to the garden anytime between 11am and 3.30pm on Wednesday, 28 May, to take part, no booking required. This activity is free, but normal admission charges apply, free entry for National Trust members and under 5s.

Accessibility

The garden has an accessible route to follow and a hard gravel path. There is a free minibus to take visitors up the steep hill to the castle and garden from the car park. A Tramper is available to hire from the Ticket Office - booking in advance is advisable.

Dogs are not permitted in the garden with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
