Bring Dinefwr into your Christmas traditions. Whether you're always here or looking for somewhere new to spend a winter afternoon, there's something for everyone. Open every day from 19th December to the 3rd January (excluding Christmas eve and Christmas day).
Newton House will be beautifully decorated, with familiar traditions and a few lovely new additions along the way.
The Creatures of Dinefwr Christmas tree will sprawl up the staircase. Every year, artist Bettina Reeves adds new characters inspired by Dinefwr. Each creature has its own story to tell, shining a spotlight on the sometimes unsung inhabitants of the estate.
The Dining Room will be dressed for Christmas, with a wonderfully opulent table laid for the occasion. Take a seat, soak up the atmosphere and make yourself at home.
Father Christmas will be in the Drawing Room for pre booked visits every Sunday. When he's away, you're welcome to explore his grotto and discover what he's left behind.
Elsewhere, get stuck into festive crafts, activities and games, or settle down for a Christmas film in the Ale Cellar.
Beyond the house, there's the whole parkland to explore. Wrap up warm for a winter wander before heading back to the café and its roaring fire.
Christmas traditions don't have to be grand or complicated. Sometimes they're simply about spending time together, returning to somewhere you love, or discovering something new.
However you spend yours, there's a place for you at Dinefwr.
