Drysau Agored yn Dinefwr | Open Doors at Dinefwr

As part of Open Doors, this weekend Dinefwr will be opening up the doors free of charge. All three floors of the house will be open for you to explore, there is lots to see and do, come and experience the magic Dinefwr can bring to a day out.

During the weekend there will be additional activities to enjoy from organisations that work alongside us at Dinefwr.

Seed & Root drop in (11:00 – 14:00) Welcoming Seed & Root to Dinefwr – a new Forest School site. Visit our newest partner in the Old Play area to see their wonderful set up and find out more.

Craft with Llandeilo Guides (11:00 – 14:00) Setting up camp in the basement are the Llandeilo First Guides for a crafty afternoon.

Ice Creams at Tŷ Neis (12:00 – 16:00) Treat yourself to an ice cream and take in the wonderful artwork designed by our young person’s group, the YoYo’s.

Guided Deer Park Walk (12:00 – 13:00) Join the Deer Park Roamers on a guided walk through the Deer Park to find out what’s been spotted over the summer.

Part of the Open Doors programme of events where many of Wales’ historic sites are offering visitors free entry this September. Wales’ annual contribution to the European Heritage Days initiative. Funded and organised by Cadw.
