This October half term and Halloween come and learn all about the creepy crawlies that live in the gardens with seven minibeast-themed activities including throw the flies through the web, spin the snail shell for a dare, find the ghost millipedes and many more! There'll also be nature crafts on each of the weekends in half term.
Children’s nature themed activities are also running on both weekends of the school holidays from 11am -2pm.
25-26 October: Make Halloween nature masks. Stick on fallen leaves, twigs and anything else you like to make a nature-inspired Halloween mask.
1-2 November: Make autumnal nature crowns. Stick fallen leaves, twigs etc. to your crown to become nature royalty!
This free (normal admission applies), fun-filled, nature-based event will be running from Saturday 25 October to Sunday 2 November. There's no need to book.
