Spring is a wonderful time to visit Dyffryn Gardens as the landscape begins to burst into blossom. Pick up a free Blossom map from the Welcome Centre and follow the self-led walk to discover some of the gardens’ favourite trees in bloom.
Along the route, photography learning stations offer simple tips and inspiration to help you capture beautiful blossom photos from a range of viewpoints throughout the gardens.
Share your photos on social media using #DGBlossom2026 or #DGBlagur2026 for a chance to be featured on our channels.
You can also get creative during your visit by borrowing a free creative kit from Welcome and respond to the beauty of nature through sketching or watercolour, or visit the Gallery to make your own origami flower.
Families can also explore together with a free Explorer Backpack, packed with tools and activities for children aged 3-11 to discover the wonders of the gardens.
