Join our rangers for a walk through the Erddig estate followed by a postcard painting session on Saturday, 23 August, at 11.30am or 2pm. Pick up a bug pot and magnifying glass and see what creatures you can spot as you stroll. Take inspiration from what you see on your walk - the trees, colours, wildlife and shapes - to paint a picture postcard afterwards in the Education Room at Erddig. Paint and painting materials will be supplied. Places are limited to 10 and offered on a first come first served basis on arrival at the ticket office. This event lasts around one hour and is free, but normal admission charges apply, free entry for National Trust members.
