Summer of Play at Erddig
Join a vintage carnival at Erddig this summer from 18 July - 30 August.

Step into the carnival and get active on our family-friendly garden trail this summer.
Test your skills at the coconut shy, try your hand at hooking a duck, and enjoy storytelling in our mini puppet theatre. You can also have a go at skittles, ring toss, pin the tail on the donkey, or limber up for the limbo.
Alongside the carnival trail, there are plenty of creative activities to enjoy:
Doodle Mondays on Mondays, 10am–5pm - a self-led activity where you can add your own creation to our wall of art; carnival mask-making every Wednesday, 11am–3pm and Fine Art Fridays every Friday, 11am-3pm
18 July, 1 August, 15 August, 11am-3pm: Face painting
18 August: Enjoy performances from Punch and Judy. There are three 20 minute performances between 1pm and 3pm.
Activities are free to enjoy but normal admission charges apply, National Trust members enter for free.

- Accessibility
The lower ground floor of the house is accessible. Our gardens and outbuildings are accessible with ramped wheelchair access to the gardens. The area near the stable yard is cobbled. The paths in the gardens are fine loose gravel and Wolf's Den has wood chip flooring.
