Magical late evenings at Erddig
Join us from 15-18 December as we extend our opening hours so everyone can experience the magic of Christmas at Erddig.
- Booking not needed
- Admission applies
From 15 to 18 December, step into Christmas as Erddig opens its doors late for four magical evenings. On these special dates, the house will welcome visitors from 11.30am–3pm, then reopen at 4pm, with last entry at 6.15pm. Follow the Nutcracker Adventure through the beautifully decorated house and soak up the festive atmosphere as a live string trio performs until 5.30pm. Looking for an after-school treat? Join our family-friendly craft session and create your own clay Christmas tree decoration (3.30–6.30pm in the Education Room). And don’t miss the Reverse Grotto, where Father Christmas will be waiting from 4pm–6pm to thank you for donating essential food items to Wrexham Foodbank. Warm up with hot drinks and tasty snacks in the restaurant, or from 3.30-6.30pm, weather permitting, have a go at toasting marshmallows (additional £2.50 charge applies). Please note the garden will close at 4pm.
