Magic meets history this Christmas at Mompesson House. Walk through the story of "A Christmas Carol" and discover how Scrooge learnt the error of his ways . Sit at the Cratchits' table for a Christmas feast, try on a bonnet in Charles Dickens' study and look out for the Ghost of Christmas Present on a throne of food! This is a sensory experience with opportunities to see, smell and hear Christmas.
A free spotter trail is available for children (and grown ups!).

Christmas at Mompesson

Mompesson House is hosting florist Kate Chadsey, who will take you through a wreath-making tutorial. Wreath making is open to small groups to ensure you get plenty of one-on-one time with Kate.
Tickets include free access to the property, which will be closed to visitors. You will receive a private group tour of the house and gardens decorated for Christmas with plenty of time for photographs. 
Tea, coffee and mince pies will be provided.

Make your own Christmas wreath with help from a professional florist  using sustainable materials.
