Heritage Open Days 2026

As part of Heritage Open Days, the National Trust is offering free entry to Croome from Monday 14 September – Friday 18 September (9am – 5pm), including subject specific tours, talks, and Panorama Tower open day.

Celebrating the wonderful and varied history of Croome, for Heritage Open Week, we will be hosting a range of free events!

Monday 14 September

• Introductory House Tour | 12pm and 2pm | 45 mins | subject to volunteer availability

• Behind the Scenes Tour | 12.45pm | 45 mins

• Most Secret: History of RAF Defford | 11am | 1 hour

Tuesday 15 September

• Introductory House Tour | 12pm and 2pm | 45 mins | subject to volunteer availability

• Behind the Scenes Collections Tour | 12.45pm | 45 mins | spaces are limited

• Compost Talk | 11.30am | 45 mins

Robert Adam bookcases - Exhibition 

Croome has begun a major conservation project to reinstall the Robert Adam bookcases that have recently returned from the V&A. Follow the conservation journey over the next few years as we work towards reinstating them in the Library.
