Christmas at Croome: Rapturous Delight
Rapturous Delight, Croome's festive sensory experience, returns for Christmas 2025, with glowing interiors, immersive projections, and a festive feel throughout.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
This winter, join us for a magical Christmas experience, immersing yourself the enchanting projections, evocative sounds and charming stories of Rapturous Delight in the Long Gallery. Created by digital arts company Leo & Hyde, this immersive light and sound experience explores Croome’s Pages from Nature theme, celebrating the 200-year anniversary of the publication of the Hortus Croomensis.
The festivities continue throughout the house, with decorations inspired by Croome's remarkable landscape and plant collection, bringing the outside in for our visitors to enjoy over the Christmas season.
Entry is by timed tickets, available on arrival at visitor reception on a first come first served basis. From 10am - 11am every morning, we're offering a relaxed session where visitor numbers in the house will be limited to support anyone who will benefit from a quieter experience.
This year, we will also be hosting bookable evening sessions, featuring new illuminations within the garden. Head to Croome's 'Upcoming Events' page for more information.
