This winter, join us for a magical Christmas experience, inspired by nature and brought to life in the December dark. Follow the illuminated pathways down to the court and delight in the new twinkling installations along the way.
Once inside, become immersed in the enchanting projections, evocative sounds and charming stories of Rapturous Delight in the Long Gallery, a special sensory experience created by digital arts, music and theatre company Leo & Hyde.
Complete your evening with a browse in the shop and the café, with plenty of festive finds and delicious menu items to amplify that Christmas feeling.
Useful information:
- Gates open at 5pm, with the first time slot starting at 5.30pm. Please arrive during your designated time slot.
- Last entry at 8.30pm. Gates close at 10pm.
- Booking is essential. Event ticket applies to all visitors, including National Trust members. Under 3s are free, however they still require an event ticket.
- Croome will be closed from 4pm to 5pm while we set up for the evening sessions. All daytime visitors attending the evening event need to leave the property at 4pm and return during their 30-minute ticketed time slot.
- This event features flashing lights, strobe effects, and loud music that may not be suitable for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or sensitivities to intense sound. Please consider these factors when choosing to attend or get in touch with our team for more information.

- What to bring and wear
Part of this experience takes place outdoors, so please wear weather appropriate clothing.
- Accessibility
The illuminated route is mostly flat, with one steeper section near the Rotunda. Suitable for trampers and pushchairs. If using a manual wheelchair, the incline may be challenging; please call Croome to discuss before attending. A shuttle service will run between the House and the Visitor centre, but this route doesn't follow the illuminated trail. A stair climber is available to access the house.

History of RAF Defford walk - 2025
A walk through Croome Park reveals the way in which RAF Defford changed the 18th century landscape created by Lancelot ”Capability” Brown. Along the way, there are stories of an extraordinary airfield waiting to be told.
