Morning Yoga at the Four Seasons
Enjoy a relaxing outdoor yoga class at Croome, combining mindful movement with the beauty and tranquillity of the surrounding landscape.

Spend a relaxing hour in the park at Croome, near the Four Seasons sculptures, enjoying a vinyasa-flow yoga session with Mark Cooper from Millpond Yoga. The session will help you build strength and flexibility at a steady, accessible pace, suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience. Alternative poses and movements will be offered throughout so you can choose variations that feel right for your body.
Please bring a yoga mat with you; a limited number of spares will be available on the day.
Classes will take place outdoors in the parkland. The meeting point is a 10-minute walk from the car park, so please allow enough time to arrive near the Four Seasons by 10am.
£12 per session. Normal admission to Croome applies.
