Yoga in the Gardens

Relax and let go of stress and tension in the historic Yoga classes with local teacher Emma Blunston of Be You Be Yoga.

  • Booking essential

Emma will guide you through a 60-minute yoga class, perfect for beginners and those who want gentle morning practice. The class will combine gentle yoga movement, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation, all while you listen to the sounds of nature in a historic building. It really is the best way to start your morning.

Please bring extra blankets for additional comfort for any knee issues due to the floor being a harder surface.

Please be aware that you will be practising yoga in Kytes Orchard in the spring and inside the Orangery during the summer. Wildlife will be around, such as bees, birds, and butterflies.

Please bring your own mat.
