Set in the Brimham Rocks area with moorland, woodland and sweeping views over the Nidderdale countryside, these walks are a great, sociable way to explore the outdoors.
Everyone is welcome to join us on a circular walk to Smelthouses.
This moderate walk through woodland and moorland leads you to Smelthouses before ascending back up to Brimham Rocks.
This route is approximately 4.4 miles long and will last around 2.5 hours, starting and finishing at the refreshment kiosk for a well earned hot drink. Along the route, you'll be able to take in sweeping views across the surrounding farmland and across Nidderdale. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead. Please bring refreshments and plenty of water.

This walk is suitable for beginner level walkers but is not suitable for prams, wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
- Meeting point
Meet your guide at the refreshment kiosk at 2pm.

Please wear sturdy walking boots and dress appropriately for the weather.
