Marsden has a rich history of poetry, owing perhaps to its inspiring landscapes and dramatic views. We shall be visiting landmarks that gave the local poets inspiration to write their work and we shall be reading some of their poems.

Please note there is some off-path walking, and some hills, with 400m ascent.

This walk is not suitable for children.
- What to bring and wear
Suitable seasonal wear plus walking boots or wellies. Bring enough food and drink for a whole day walk.

Dogs on leads welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes before advertised start time. £3 suggested donation, payable to walk leaders.
