Treat yourself or a loved one and get ready for the summer season with a fun and creative morning making a beautiful hanging basket with the Wentworth Castle Gardens team.

In this fun and creative seasonal workshop you will use a variety of plants like Bacopa, Cineraria, Geranium and Lobelia to create your own unique design.
All materials will be provided, as well as guidance on making a beautiful basket to decorate your home or give as a unique gift. In line with our sustainable values we will be testing a natural wool based liner for our baskets this year.
Why not treat yourself or a loved one to a floral day out and enjoy our national collection blooms in the gardens too? Book early for an ideal gift for mothers day!
The workshop will take place in the Blackbourn room in the Conservatory building.
The workshop is for those aged 18+.

This event will be in the Blackbourn room in the conservatory. Please allow enough time to walk approximately 800 metres uphill from the carpark before the workshop start time.
- What to bring and wear
Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, we will provide gardening gloves.
