Engage the senses and release any stored tension from body and mind in a tranquil area of our beautiful gardens to start your day off well.
Suitable for beginners this is simply a moment to enjoy your surroundings and relax in nature. The session will be held outside on the grass in a small grove near the sun monument.
Please note for this early morning event you will use the Northern College visitor carpark, postcode S75 3ES, where we will meet you and guide you to the gardens. Our main National Trust visitor carpark will be closed until 10am.

The basics

This event will take place at the top of the gardens. The area is accessible by path however, once at the grove it is grassy so uneven in places.
- Meeting point
You will be met as a group at the Northern College car park and walked into the gardens. There is a barrier on this carpark which will be manned from 8.10am.

This event is suitable for adults only
- What to bring and wear
Please wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes that you can easily move around in. Layers are advisable to ensure you are warm during this outdoor session which will go ahead whatever the weather.
