Family fun at Wallington this May half term

Keep the kids entertained this May half-term with a day at Wallington enjoying the wide variety of things to do on this beautiful and diverse estate. There's something for everyone, including a fab selection of ice creams, cakes and scones. Now who can resist an ice cream on the lawn while the children wear themselves out?

Pop the bikes on the car and head to Wallington for an outdoor family adventure on the Dragon cycle trail. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the wider estate as you take your time riding along the shorter green route or the slighter longer blue route. Keep an eye out for Wallington's wildlife as you take in the beauitful views.

Back in the West woods, tire the kiddies out with fun at the 3 play parks. Ride the zip line at the adventure playground, pretend to be a king or queen at the play fort or play trains at the train climbing frame and station platform.

If you're looking for a break from the outdoor fun, head to Toobelz House open, 10am-4pm every day at half-term, where there will be a number of nature-themed art and craft activities for you and the children to enjoy. Help us create bunting to decorate the room, or take your design home. Have a go at making a collage, try flower crafts or simply stick to some good old colouring in. The choice is yours.

Of course, don't forget the yummy food and drinks available at the Clocktower cafe and kiosks around the estate and the wide selection of souvenirs, toys, games, books and other beautiful products available to buy in the shops.

Seems like it might be worth making a day of it, see you soon!
