Visiting Wembury: What you need to know

Please be aware this is a small car park accessed by narrow country lanes. At busy holiday times the car park can quickly fill up.

Visiting at busy times

Please try to arrive early if you want to ensure a parking space. If the car park is full please leave and find an alternative, do not park on the roadside as this causes problems for farm and emergency vehicles. There are other car parks in the area at Heybrook Bay and Wembury Village.

On arrival

To help keep everyone safe, please follow social distancing and government guidance when you arrive.

Please find a parking space. Our welcome team are usually in the car park and if you have any problems please ask them for assistance. Members park for free and will need to scan your membership card at one of the Scan and Pay machines and display the ticket on your  dashboard . Otherwise the parking charge is £6, and you can either pay with coins using the machine or card by phone PaybyPhone app.

Facilities

The toilets provided by South Hams District Council are open.

The Old Mill Café are offering a takeaway service from Monday to Sunday from 10.30am to 4.30pm (please call 01752 863280 to check open especially in bad weather).
