Be inspired this New Year at Dunham Massey
Look forward to a year of possibilities at Dunham Massey. Be inspired by the changing colours of the Garden, enjoy the natural beauty of the Park and discover stories of love and abandonment rooted in Dunham’s Victorian past.
Start the New Year by wrapping up warm to enjoy the Winter Garden at its best. With over 1600 winter shrubs, trees and evergreens, the Garden offers an array of seasonal scents and colours just waiting to be discovered over the winter months.
Return throughout the year to experience the Garden’s transient beauty- daffodils and bluebells will fill the Garden with colour and Dunham’s celebrated Rose Garden will come alive with floral scents.
2016 will see Dunham revisit its Victorian past with the house transformed for our new exhibition, Dunham’s Lost Years: A Victorian Tale of Love and Abandonment. Join us when the house reopens on 27 February to discover the story of the 7th Earl, his new wife, Catherine and what happened when they were shunned by polite Victorian society…
Be inspired by unique experiences and discover new skills this year at our exciting events. Explore the Garden after hours, experience outdoor theatre in stunning surroundings, try your hand at Victorian flower arranging and much more.
