Go wild at Dyffryn Gardens
Covering half an acre our new wild play area has plenty of space for your little ones to burn off some energy and get muddy.

Head into the arboretum at Dyffryn Gardens and get back to nature in our brand new wild play area. You and your kids can blance along enormous trees, jump from log to log along the stepping stones and have a picnic on our hand carved picnic stumps.
The play area was built by our fabulous garden team using trees felled as part of the arboretum revival plan. This plan aims to clear trees and shrubs that are blocking light and space from our champion and horticulturally important woody collection.
The wild play area is home to squirrels, birds and lots of creey crawlies so bring a magnifying glass or some binoculars and get spotting.
