Holidays on the Suffolk coast

Wilford

The larger of two apartments located on the second floor of Tranmer House, Kyson is a light-filled, airy and homely spot for a break. With the same wonderful views over the River Deben and Sutton Hoo estate as Wilford (mentioned above). Head outside to explore ancient archaeological sites, historic houses and, of course, the beautiful Suffolk coast when you stay.

Deben View 

Deben View is a large apartment occupying the first floor of Tranmer House on the Sutton Hoo estate. You'll love the oversized verandah which is perfect for alfresco drinks or lunch. You'll also enjoy the beautiful views down to the historic market town of Woodbridge. There are also stunning beaches to discover just a few miles from the apartment.

This spacious first floor apartment is the largest of three holiday cottages occupying this former coastguard’s residence. Stonechat 

In the same row of cottages as Woodlark (above) and Nightjar (below), little Stonechat is the perfect base for avid birdwatchers, with stunning views over the Dunwich Heath nature reserve and it is also within walking distance of RSPB Minsmere. When you stay, keep your eyes out for rare and migrating birds on the coastal lagoons and reedbeds.

Nightjar 

Occupying the ground floor of a former coastguards residence, this light, bright, open-plan apartment is situated in a tranquil cliff top setting, high above nearby Minsmere beach. There's a cute private courtyard and a small enclosed garden nearby for enjoying the coastal air. Further afield, the seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh are a short drive away.
