Join us at Avebury this festive season as we tell the story of The Twelve Days of Christmas. The manor will be decorated with hand-crafted ornaments made by the volunteers team and each room will be dressed to reflect a different part of this traditional Christmas carol.

Christmas at Lacock

All was bright and full of light at Lacock for the Christmas festivities in 2023. We invited you to follow the reindeer trail around the village and take part in the activity stations around the abbey, themed around the Aurora Borealis. The Community Christmas Tree festival was once more celebrated in the Cloister, with the Great Hall decked out in traditional decorations. The Lacock Christmas Grotto was open for special Storytime sessions with Christmas guests (even Father Christmas couldn't resist a pop in closer to the big day!), and you could pose for a Christmas pic in the sleigh parked in the Courtyard.
