Explore the Norfolk Coast from Morston Quay
Morston Quay is situated just within the shelter of Blakeney Point. The point forms a wonderful backdrop to the quay area, with it's salt marshes in the foreground. Perfect for keen bird watchers, who might just catch a glimpse of brent geese, little egrets, spoonbills, marsh harriers and many more. During the winter months, take a trip with one of the boat operators to see the seals at Blakeney Point but remember to keep your distance.
On site is also a refreshments kiosk, serving up hot and cold drinks, cakes, sandwiches, crisps and snacks. With outdoors seating available, you can relax and watch the world go by. Why not fuel up before a walk on the coastal path and watch the sunset over the marshes, covered in a purple carpet of sea lavender in the summer months.
Morston has something for everyone and is a perfect destination to start your exploration of the Norfolk Coast.
Most of our places run the Gift Aid on Entry scheme at their admission points.
Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:
If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you a clear choice between the Gift Aid Admission prices and the Standard Admission prices at the admission point. It's entirely up to you which ticket you choose.
Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid - an extra 25 per cent - potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.
An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below:
