Shopping at Mottisfont

National Trust Blankets and Throws

Open daily from 10am-7pm (5pm on Sundays), you'll find our shop conveniently located next to visitor reception. Discover beauty products, fashion and home accessories, exclusive to the National Trust. We stock a variety of local produce, too. Every purchase you make goes back into caring for the nation's nature, beauty and history for everyone, for ever.

Our in-house designers take inspiration from the special places we look after to create unique accessories, clothing and soft furnishings. Product ranges are refreshed every spring and autumn, so there's always something new and exciting to find.

Our plant centre offers a range of seasonal blooms, inspired by Mottisfont's own gardens. In June you'll find a wide range of roses for sale, so you can take home a little of our midsummer magic.

Looking to treat yourself or someone special? Choose from a selection of curds, chutneys and scrumptious biscuits. If you fancy a tipple, try a local ale or cider, brewed in Romsey and the Meon Valley. We've also sourced some indulgent lavender beauty products from Long Barn Winchester.

If you're looking for gifts for the kids, or they just want to spend some pocket money, you'll find quirky toys, outdoor activities and a selection of children's books for sale.

If you're not able to visit us in person, or we don't have what you're looking for, you can also order from the National Trust's online shop:

Looking for the perfect gift or perhaps you're in need of some retail therapy? You can browse our full range via our online shop. Your purchases and support enable us to continue to care for the nature, beauty and history we all miss.

Second-hand bookshop

Look for your next pre-loved page-turner in our second-hand bookshop, located in the stables. Browse the well-stocked shelves to find classic novels, children's books, travel guides and everything in between.

The bookshop is run entirely by our volunteers and the generosity of book donations. All proceeds from the bookshop go towards our yearly fundraising project. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept donations at the moment.
