Volunteering at Mount Stewart

Volunteers are involved in the life of Mount Stewart at every turn: you will find them working in the gardens and out on the demesne, caring for the historic collection in the house and welcoming visitors to our various events. They help in our shop, tell the stories of this special place, prepare delicious refreshments in our tearoom and are the reason why our second hand bookshop is so successful. Behind the scenes they support our business administration team. They bring their life experience, commitment and craic and help us to do more and reach further and we love them for it!
