Please book ahead before visiting

The Lake Walk, Ploughman's Hill & Formal Gardens and the Red, Blue and Green trails at Mount Stewart are open and you’ll need to book your tickets by 3pm the day before your visit. Members can book for free, while non-members will need to pay when booking. We'll be releasing tickets every Friday. Please note we’ll be turning people away who arrive and haven't booked. We're looking forward to welcoming you back.

Take- Away Drinks and Snacks  

Our horsebox has reopened and will initially be serving a limited range of takeaway hot and cold drinks and some light snacks. The Tea Room will be open from Monday 6th July for 'Grab and Go' (outdoor seating only).

Volunteering at Mount Stewart 

The safety of our staff, volunteers, visitors and supporters is our top concern and in accordance with Government guidelines on social distancing, our houses, shops, cafes, gardens and parks are now closed, and from March 24 all of our car parks will close. However, many will be grateful for support when they reopen. If you are interested in volunteering, please keep checking for future opportunities.
