What to expect from your visit to the House

The East front with the 'transparent' portico at Osterley, Middlesex

The House is now open from Wednesday-Sunday, 11am-4pm (last entry 3.15pm).

In the House

Osterley House is reopening its doors to the public again. We are pleased to be operating a safe, socially distanced route that takes in the rooms on the Principal Floor. The House will be open every Wednesday – Sunday from 11am - 4pm with last entry at 3:30pm. The house will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Upon arrival visit the Garden Kiosk to collect your timed house ticket.  House tickets cannot be pre-booked online and are available on a first-come first-served basis from the Kiosk. All visitors will need to collect a ticket before entering the House.

What will you see?

The route explores the Principal Floor of the House. Take in Robert Adam's grand designs, created to impress the Child family's guests. The route is a circuit beginning the the Entrance Hall, moving through the Eating Room and Long Gallery, then down the State Apartments. Entry to the House is up the main Portico steps, but make sure you've picked up your timed entry tickets from the Garden Kiosk first.
