Christmas craft and food fair
The very best in local crafts and food produce return to Saltram again this winter with Christmas gift ideas for every taste and budget.
More than just a shopping trip
Soak up the atmosphere among the stalls with warm glass of mulled wine and get lots ticked off your Christmas shopping list. You'll find unusual gifts, hand-crafted decorations, local food producers and hot food to keep you going.
This year, we have more new stalls that haven't been at Saltram before, so why not pop in and see something new? We'll also have our full Christmas range in the shop, so you'll be able to leave feeling festive and prepared with all the family's gifts and cards.
Keep the children busy with our fairyhouse trail around the garden, and on Saturday and Sunday we'll have Saltash Town Band here to make the atmosphere even more festive.
When is it?
The fair is on Friday 15 November 10am - 4pm and Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November, from 9am-4pm
Free admission for members
If you are a member of the National Trust (or under 5 years old), you can come into the garden and craft and food fair for free. Admission to the garden and the craft and food fair for non members is £3 adults and children, under 5s are free. There will be no charge for parking.
As a charity all income taken from admissions into the craft and food fair this weekend go straight back into conserving and keeping Saltram special.
Why not join the National Trust when you visit? It's a fantastic way of helping keep Saltram stay special for future generations to enjoy, and it allows you a whole year full of great days out too.
Please note that the house will not be open
The craft and food fair is the busiest weekends of the year and due to conservation reasons we have made the difficult decision not to open the house. The house will re-open on Friday 22 November - 30 December as part of Enchanted Saltram.
Come back soon
There's so much going on over the winter months, including Enchanted Saltram where the house and garden stay open later for longer over the festive period. Visit our events page to find out what's happening when.
