Trelissick second hand bookshop

The spines of antiquarian books at Trelissick bookshop

In the second hand bookshop at Trelissick, as well as our 'bread and butter' stock of paperback and hardback fiction and our wide variety of non-fiction books, we offer a great selection of rare, collectible and vintage books.

These can be anything from an early copy of Mrs Beeton's Book of Household Management to a modern Catalogue Raisonne for Velaquez all available to view and buy in the bookshop - so do please come and see for yourself.

You may just find that out of print book you have been searching for, or perhaps take the opportunity to try a new author. All our books have been kindly donated by members of the public and all money raised from their sale funds conservation projects at Trelissick.

We are delighted to accept donations of good quality books you need to re-home. If you are bringing a large quantity of books, please pre-book a donation date and time with the team on 01872 862090. Please note we are able to book larger donations during these times:

Monday          10.30am to 12.30pm
Tuesday         2pm to 4pm
Wednesday   10.30am to 12.30pm
Thursday       10.30am to 12.30pm

Sunday           2pm to 4pm

If you have a small quantity of books and are happy to bring them to the bookshop yourself, these can be accepted whenever we are open.

We very much regret we are unable to accept abridged Reader's Digest novels, encyclopaedias or magazines.
