Enjoy an exclusive tour of some of the collection's greatest treasures with a volunteer guide. Learn more about the history of Anglesey Abbey and get closer to the unique objects and paintings that make the collection so special.
Tours start at the House at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm and will take place on the ground floor. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis and can be collected from the visitor centre.
This tour is free, but we would gratefully accept a suggested donation of £5 to help us care for all the special collections at Anglesey Abbey. Ask your volunteer guide how you can donate or pop back to the visitor centre after your tour.
Entry into the house is via tour only in January, whilst the Conservation team complete annual conservation work.

- Suitability
This tour is aimed at adults.
- Meeting point
Tours start at the House at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Visitor Centre to the House. Please arrive ahead of the tour start time.
- What to bring and wear
This is an inside tour, however as it is an old house it can get chilly. A warm coat or jumper and comfortable footwear is suitable.
- Accessibility
