Outdoor theatre: TWELFTH NIGHT

The Lord Chamberlain's Men return to Anglesey Abbey this summer to perform a Shakespearean classic.

Experience the drama of outdoor theatre this summer at Anglesey Abbey. The Lord Chamberlain's Men, now in their 21st year, are performing Shakespeare's greatest romantic comedy, Twelfth Night, in the gardens on Saturday 16 August.

Sit back and enjoy one of Shakespeare's masterpieces performed in the open air with Anglesey Abbey's Jacobean-style country house as the backdrop. Please bring your own low-backed seating. Picnics, sun hats, sun cream, sunglasses, raincoats and rain hats should all be considered!

Gates open: 6pm Performance starts: 7pm Performance running time: approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes including a 15-minute interval.

Tickets will be checked at the Visitor Centre. The performance will take place on South Lawn.

As this is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather. Bring your own chair/blanket and a picnic.
