Little Gardeners' Club
Bring your little ones along for some outdoor gardening fun at Anglesey Abbey this summer.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Come along to the Heritage Orchard and get stuck in!
Play in the mud with the miniature gardening equipment, and get close up with nature by using magnifying glasses and binoculars to see what you can spot.
You can also find the 'Smelly Welly' corner, a sensory garden experience where little ones can enjoy the different scents of the garden, and help us with some watering!
Take a break from gardening and relax on beanbags and enjoy a selection of nature-themed stories.
Come along for some gardening-themed activities this July (11am - 2:30pm in the Orchard):
Tuesday 2 July: Pot Planting
Thursday 4 July: DIY Butterfly Suncatchers
Tuesday 9 July: Terracotta Pot Painting (postponed due to weather - Pot Planting instead)
Thursday 11 July: Pot Planting
Tuesday 16 July: Pebble Painting
Thursday 18 July: Pot Planting
All activities are outdoors and may change due to the weather on the day.
The Little Gardeners' Club is aimed at pre-school aged children. Please be advised that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This event is self-led with volunteer help on some weekdays.
