Join us for a volunteer led wellbeing walk at Lyme. Get out in the fresh air, re-connect with nature, and stretch your legs. 19 May - Moorland Ramble 18 June - Knightslow Wood and Lyme avenue

On this wellbeing walk, you can step away from the hustle of modern life and join us to explore the stunning park at Lyme. No walking experience is required but please note that the route is challenging and will cover approximately 2.5 miles (3.6km) and will go over uneven and rough terrain.
Each walk takes a different route through the estate. 19 May - Moorland Ramble (Challenging difficulty) 18 June - Knightslow Wood and Lyme avenue (Medium difficulty)
If you book onto the walk and are unable to attend, please contact Lyme to cancel your booking so that others can come along.

Meet at the information kiosk in the main car park
- What to bring and wear
Sturdy footwear is essential as some paths are uneven. Please also wear weather appropriate clothing. Insect repellent and suncream is also recommended.
- Accessibility
Part of the route is on steep and uneven terrain. Not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies. The walk is approximately 2.2 miles (3.6km)
- Other
To create a peaceful atmosphere, free from distractions, the Wellbeing Walk is not suitable for dog walkers. Please note that there may be other visitors in the park with dogs along the walking route.
