Whether you want to enjoy being out and about in nature, get active, explore more of your local area or meet new friends, these walks are for you.
Each walk is approximately 2 miles (3.2km) and lasts 1.5 hours.

The basics

Not recommended for children under the age of 12
- Meeting point
Outside the information kiosk in the car park 10 minutes before the walk start time.
- What to bring and wear
Sturdy footwear is essential as some paths are uneven. Please also wear weather appropriate clothing. Insect repellent and suncream is also recommended.
- Accessibility
The routes follow some steep and uneven terrain. Not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies. Each walk is approximately 2 miles (3.2km).
- Other
To create a peaceful atmosphere, free from distractions, the Wellbeing Walking group is not suitable for dog walkers. Please note that there may be other visitors in the park with dogs along the walking route and in the garden.
