Forest bathing at Godolphin
A gentle guided nature connection experience in Godolphin's woods. Free to join.
- Booking essential
- Free event
Join Duchy Collective CIC for a forest bathing session at Godolphin.
Take time to slow down, switch off and reconnect with nature. This gentle two-hour guided session uses simple mindfulness and sensory activities to help participants experience Godolphin's woodland in a new way.
It's not about how far you walk, but the connection cultivated with the natural world as you pause, breathe and immerse yourself in your surroundings. Many people find forest bathing offers an opportunity to unwind, reduce stress and experience the landscape at a slower pace.
No experience is needed. Please dress for the weather and woodland conditions.
Parking is free for National Trust members. Normal parking charges apply for non-members.
The event takes place in the woods so no entry fee required.
