Car park
Parking is limited. Not suitable for coaches. Non-members please pay at pay & display machine, coins only or download JustPark app before visiting due to limited signal on site. £2 for 1 hour, £5 for 4 hours, £10 for over 4 hours. Location code: 80599

Toilet
Toilet facilities in the car park and at the cove.
Not suitable for coaches. No vehicle access to the cove. Access to the cove from the car park is a 10 minute walk, steep in places and has steps onto the beach. Accessible toilet in the car park. Council-enforced dog ban in operation on the beach, 1 July - 31 August 10am - 6pm.

By road
Take the A3083 south towards The Lizard from Helston. Keep driving until approx 1/2 mile from Lizard Village, Kynance sign posted on the right hand side (look for brown sign).
Parking: National Trust car park on cliffs above Kynance Cove. Members park for free all year round.
Sat Nav: Use postcode TR12 7PJ or what3words:///rebounded.wove.across (during peak season when the car park is full, access is closed from the A3083 main road).
On foot
Kynance in on the South West Coast Path approx 2.5 miles walk from Lizard Point.
By bus
Helston to Lizard bus route 34 operated by First Bus. The nearest bus stop is Lizard Village green, approx 2 miles from Kynance.
How to Pay
Members park free, by scanning card. Pay and display machines are coin only or use Pay by Phone app. Prices vary from £2-£10 depending on how long you would like to stay. Please bring change with you.

Visiting Kynance Cove with your dog

Dogs can enjoy the famous sandy beach at Kynance Cove from September to June, as well as local heathland and cliff top footpaths all year round.

Please remember to scan your membership card at the pay and display machine when you park - every time you do £4.02 goes towards looking after Kynance.

Everyone is welcome to join us on a walk at Kynance, taking in the surrounding countryside and dramatic coastline.. The walks are led by volunteer walk leaders, offering the opportunity for fresh air and time in nature. Everyone is welcome regardless of walking experience.
