Join local meditation and yoga teacher Helen McCabe for an inspiring session designed for all levels. This is your chance to break away from the stresses of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature.
After your yoga practice, nourish your body with a delicious picnic dinner. Then, transition into a deeply calming meditation session led by Helen. This meditation will help you centre your mind, release tension, and find inner peace amidst the natural beauty surrounding you.
End the evening with an evening nature walk led by our Ranger team.
It's a magical, memorable experience not to be forgotten at this special time of year.

The boat will leave from Poole Quay at 5pm, please allow plenty of time to park and arrive at the Quay early.

Bring comfy clothing for yoga, a yoga mat and something warm (including a blanket if necessary). Mosquito repellent advised.
