Summer of Play: Pre-schooler Yoga with their grown-ups
Take a deep breath and spend some quality time together for a special morning yoga session for pre-schoolers and their grown-ups in the beautiful surroundings of Kitchen Garden, a short walk from Visitor Reception.

Join us in the Kitchen Garden for this 35 minute yoga session for children from 2-5 years old and one of their grown-ups.
The Kitchen Garden is approx 15 minute walk from Visitor Reception.
These small and specially tailored sessions are a moment to breath, connect and enjoy each others company.
Located beneath our stretch tent in the Kitchen Garden, you'll each have a yoga mat and will be led through the session by instructor, Clary Hughes.
Clary has been teaching yoga to children in and around Wimborne since the summer of 2021.
Trained in the Yoga Bananas Technique® Clary has recently completed the British Wheel of Yoga’s Teacher Training, nurturing her interest and understanding and enhancing her classes and school holiday retreats. Clary has been practising yoga since 1999 and has a heartfelt wish to plant yoga seeds to children and young people; seeds of potential for physical and mental wellness – with plenty of fun along the way.

- Suitability
Suitable for children between 2 and 5 years old.
- Meeting point
Check-in at Visitor Reception on arrival, where you will be directed to the yoga tent in the Kitchen Garden (a 15 minute walk). We suggest arriving at 9.45am to get settled for 10am start.
- What to bring and wear
Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in. You will need to take off your shoes when on the yoga mat. Bring a warm layer on cooler days.

These yoga sessions include physical elements. Participants and adults who are responsible for child participants should consider any medical or health conditions and/or advisories. Please speak to the yoga teacher prior to the session starting if you are unsure of anything on the day.
