Join us in the gardens for this 35 minute yoga session for children from 2-5 years old and one of their grown-ups.
These sessions are a moment to breath, connect and enjoy each others company.
Located beneath a cover in the garden, you'll each have a yoga mat and will be led through the session by instructor, Clary Hughes.
Clary has been teaching yoga to children in and around Wimborne since the summer of 2021.
Trained in the Yoga Bananas Technique® Clary has recently completed the British Wheel of Yoga’s Teacher Training, nurturing her interest and understanding and enhancing her classes and school holiday retreats. Clary has been practising yoga since 1999 and has a heartfelt wish to plant yoga seeds to children and young people; seeds of potential for physical and mental wellness – with plenty of fun along the way.
