Vegetarian and vegan alternatives available. Please indicate at the time of booking. Hot drinks can be ordered on the day.

- What to bring and wear
Clothing suitable to weather conditions & non-slip footwear which can get wet. Wetsuits advised and available free of charge if requested. Buoyancy aids available and compulsory.

Mixed and uneven terrain throughout. Designated accessible parking. Accessible toilets at Knoll Beach, Middle Beach and Shell Bay. Changing place at Knoll Beach. Participants should be water confident and be able to swim.

Participant should bring a towel, sunscreen and drinking water. Sunglasses recommended.
